在這個快速發展的時代，城市與科技的融合不僅改變了我們的生活方式，也為未來的可能性帶來無限想像。

以「驅動程式」為名，我希望透過這份報告，呈現一個連結速度與文化、科技與城市的賽道設計構想。「驅動」象徵著賽車的動力與激情，「程式」則以諧音暗指台中這座城市的獨特魅力，同時也延伸出方程式賽車的專業與創新。台中的街道不僅是市民生活的舞台，更是歷史、文化與未來交織的場所。

在設計中，我選擇以市政路為核心，將城市景觀與賽事動線完美結合，並以創新的PitZone大樓，為賽事維修與觀賞體驗注入全新可能性。這不僅是一次設計的嘗試，更是一場將速度與城市文化相融的夢想探索。希望這份報告能傳達出對城市與未來的熱愛，也為電動方程式在台中落地帶來更多啟發。

我認為「永續導向的城市賽道」才是未來趨勢。本案以台中七期為基地，賽道串聯都市地標，展現國際視野、低碳建材與經濟效益三者兼備的設計策略。

主建材採用碳排為-113% 的 StarCrete，建材廢料可經發酵產氫，為園區與電動賽車提供乾淨能源。 街道賽不僅降低建造成本，也能減少碳足跡。各賽點配置模組化臨時看台與陸橋，快速部署、可重複利用，具通用設計價值。

Zone 1 規劃為Pitlane，佔地 9000 m²，整合觀賽、維修、行銷與飲食等功能。沿用市政道路與既有慢車道作為 PitStop 動線，與市政路長達快1500 公尺的都會型超長賽道，滿足 F1、2、3、 Formula E、GT、STS、D1 GP 等多元賽事需求，打造永續且高機能的未來賽車城市。

In this era of surging low-carbon innovation, Taichung emerges like the gentle touch of dawn, nurturing boundless possibilities for the racing economy. Just as the streets of Monaco and Singapore transform into poetry beneath the roar of engines, the rise of electric vehicles paints speed with a stroke of green from the future.
We have chosen Shizheng Road as the nexus where urban rhythms converge, embracing the city's pulse while carving out breathing space for the circuit. Anchored by the PitZone Tower, the "Driving Program" interweaves prosperity and racing, allowing architecture and velocity to reflect each other—like a galloping steed coursing through light and shadow.
This is more than just a racetrack; it is a resonance between city and speed. The future will unfold in the hum of engines and the shimmer of city lights, composing a new chapter in racing culture—where speed transcends competition to become a poetic flow.
